RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Phirst Impression Menswear you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. All items must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

In the event that your items are damaged or defective, you may exchange your items for the same item or a different size. To exchange your items please send us an email at phirstimpression@gmail.com and send your item to 7913 Desiard Street Unit E Monroe, Louisiana 71203.

Please understand that customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees.

Please be advised, it may take 5-7 business days for your return to reach our store. Once it is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Although this process normally takes less than a week, please allow up to 10 business days for us to fully process your return.

Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
